Results are based on manager interaction only.
Whole process can take 2 days.
Don't trust to hr regarding openings, their main target to fullfil those positions firstly for that candidate are not available easily. Hr team is not concern about your qualifications and interest area.

As a final step, the company requested my payslip, indicating their intention to proceed with the job offer, which is anticipated within the next 5-7 business days. However, I didn't receive any JO. It has been a month now.
