Interview process is very week, if you try little bit hard work defnitly you ill be hired, because sometimes manager dont know the answer and the communication skill of the manager is not upto the mark.

It was completely depends on your thinking and presence of mind. Needs to be focused. There were 3 rounds 1st with Hr then assistant manager than senior manager. It was a good experience for me with exl.
