Exl came for campus recruitment in my college. First it took a test via AMCAT. After the test, a shortlist based on the performance in test and Resume was announced. After which two easy rounds of interviews were taken to select the final employees.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
