EY does a very thorough interview process. It started with an HR interview. It was a typical HR interview, asking questions like why do you want to move, what is your current salary, and what are your salary expectations. After that, I did an interview with a Director, who asked me plenty of technical questions, For around 45 minutes. The director informed me they’d be sharing a case study before the Partner interview, I didn’t receive one though. The partner interview was also very technical, it was also for around 45 minutes. We also discussed salary expectations and expected progression in the firm, and the level I’d be joining at.
