EY does a very thorough interview process.
It started with an HR interview. It was a typical HR interview, asking questions like why do you want to move, what is your current salary, and what are your salary expectations.
After that, I did an interview with a Director, who asked me plenty of technical questions, For around 45 minutes.
The director informed me they’d be sharing a case study before the Partner interview, I didn’t receive one though.
The partner interview was also very technical, it was also for around 45 minutes. We also discussed salary expectations and expected progression in the firm, and the level I’d be joining at.

Q: How do you calculate the cost of equity for a private company
Questions based on role client round is completely scenerio based. Few hands on part is verified. Linux basic to advanced Kubernetes, Config management, Monitoring, vault management SQL queries, prometheus, Grafana splunk jenkins stages of CI CD
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .

round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
