It was great.Asked some accounting concepts & principles. Overall it was a great experience with Ernst & Young.The work culture is amazing & experienced. There were 3 rounds of interview.First round was with the manager , second round with senior manager & last round with HR.

The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
