This was the first interview round after the CV screening and gamified aptitudes test. For Gothenburg, Sweden. Company presentation with 3 representatives of EY (45 min), followed by an individual case interview (30min solve + 30 present and discuss), closing with a 45min behavioral interview. The case was managerial (not strategy cases) and consisted on looking the information quick, and making simple math to answer 4 questions. You could present with a ppt to help the interviewers (sr consultant and a manager) follow your train of thought. The interview was led by 2 sr. consultants, the manager left.
