On-campus Process: Application consists of a resume and cover page; however, the cover page follows a prescribed form that doesn't allow very much freedom to choose content. First Round: Pre-interview dinner the night before, includes all applicants from the same school for the same position. 1 on 1 interview the next day with a manager or higher ranked individual (oftentimes a partner). Second Round: All candidates are invited to the office for a "superday" involving three 1 on 1 interviews, lunch with 2-3 applications and 2-3 EY staff or seniors. Notification: Candidates who are offered a position receive a phone call within 24-48 hours. Rejected candidiates receive an email within 7-10 days.
