Entrevista
There were multiple levels of interviews especially for fresh graduate. At the start, begins with a test paper where questions on logical thinking and analytical thinking. Then proceed on to interviewing on how you response, are you fit in the team the have. Then finally with the manager or the partner. To see whether are you fit to be in or not

Questions on modelling experience
Testing for linear and logistic regression
Time series components.
Generic questions on profile.
Short interview for 30 mins
Not selected for second round.
Need modelling development or validation knowledge
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
