I gave my resume to a former employee who then gave my resume to a recruiter. I had a phone interview followed by an office visit two weeks later. The phone interview was more difficult than the office visit. The office visit was purely conversational. I had to ask a lot of questions which was not a problem. I had prepared a lot of questions, but a lot questions came to mind as the conversation flowed.
