Long and Tedious. Applied via Indeed early Nov 2020, first interview late Nov 2020, second interview Dec 2020 with a prepared presentation and a data entry/writing assessment. Got the call on Jan 2021 to inform me that I didn't receive the job because the boss of the hiring person didn't like that I had many jobs and that I disclosed that I had a mental illness, which I'm PRETTY SURE is illegal. I was too upset at the time of the call to realize that. I don't want to work for someone who hasn't even took the time to know me and stigmatizes mental health. The person who did interview me, however, was enjoyable to talk to. She really took the time to get to know me and took notes for her boss. She wanted to make sure she could hire someone she could work with Her team.
