Entrevista
1. Screening Teams Call (10-15mins): received a link to book into a timeslot. 2 questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Early Start
2. In-person interview (45-60mins): average interview questions, felt more like a conversation rather than an interview (asked about my experience in paeds), and really just wanted to get to know me and see if my values/personality would fit into the job role. Followed by a very simple case study, and a tour of the clinic
3. Phone call (<5mins) offering me a position. I actually missed the phone call so they had emailed me about it. Contract was sent and I had 5 days to sign it

I had a good experience getting an interview at ESA. They were quick to call me after I submitted my application, and I got an interview fairly quickly. I did have to wait a while to hear back after that.

Entrevista
The interview itself was a pleasant experience and I received positive feedback throughout the interview and at the end, however I never heard back from them to say if I had been un/successful so I choose to follow up with two emails but to-date have not heard back. Really poor process for an organisation that prides itself on its communication with its staff and clients.
