Its not a formal interview, it has more of a relax feeling to it. No need to panic about your typical interview questions about weaknesses and strengths like other job interviews.

It was a bit informal and very relaxed. They just told you the responsibilities of the job and when could you start. I ended up getting an offer in that same interview.
