I applied online and a month later received a call asking me to come in for an interview. I arrived, the manager was professional but I could tell it was semi-laid back. We talked a lot about the power of positivity and constructive leadership. I was asked to be an assistant manager but declined and they were able to work with my class schedule to give me hours I needed when I needed them.

Simple. He asked most of the basic questions and mostly just asked me about myself. Then told me about the company and what they stand for. He told me about himself and his background and what was expected.
