Asked to speak over CV. Interviewer was yawning throughout the interview and seemed very disengaged with the process. Very unprofessional and felt like a waste of time. The job advert itself was extended after interviews were scheduled, which leads me to believe there is no real solid process behind recruitment within EWR, or at least in this instance. The ad should have remained closed until after interview and then re-open if there were no successful candidate’s.
