Was invited to an interview which turned out to be a panel interview with the Dean sitting inconspicuously sitting in the room reading a book. I personally felt happy to be among such literate company working towards educating the underserved. It was an hour long with lots of questions from everyone and I got a good vibe however it turns out I wasn't their choice.
