I was contacted by a recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn. Shortly after that interview, I had a phone interview with the VP that I would be working under. It was formal/informal because my interviewer made me very comfortable talking about myself and my experience. That same week, I was offered an in-person interview with the SVP, VP and Managing Director at the office. The interview was great! They asked a lot of questions about my experience, we spoke about the opportunity and I gave my own input on the position and where I'd want it to go. About 1 week later, I was hired!
