Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Eastern Enterprise (Pune).
Entrevista
First round was technical and went well. The Director round which also went well. Thing is, in the beginning the recruitment team of this company contacted me for a role, then made me clear my schedule since it was an urgent opening. After second round, they ghosted me. No communication, whatsoever. Tells a lot about company culture which they seemed to brag a lot about. Ghosting candidates never goes well for anyone. If you found a better candidate, just inform the candidate that they have not proceeded with the candidature. Nobody provides a detailed feedback but a simple yes / no after wasting 3 hours of a candidate is a simple courtesy that this organisation needs to learn.

Mostly about current job experience, since it was for a mid-senior level role. They also wanted to know about intentions to leave current organisation.

interview process was disappointing and unorganized.
In the first round, a Business Analyst (BA) conducted the interview, and I received positive feedback. Before the interview, the HR mentioned that only one round would be conducted, and if I performed well, I would be selected. However, despite the positive feedback, the process unexpectedly changed.
The HR later informed me that they were considering my salary expectations and notice period, but then scheduled a second round with a developer. This was surprising, as the role I applied for was a functional Business Analyst position. During the second round, the developer focused on technical questions irrelevant to a functional BA role, including asking about product knowledge, which I confidently answered.
Despite performing well, my profile was rejected after the second round. The entire process felt disorganized and unclear, leaving me with a poor impression of the company.
Suggestion:
If you're considering interviewing with this company, clarify the interview process in advance to avoid wasting your time. Alternatively, explore opportunities with better-organized companies
