I heard of the organization from my school, there was an open panel with 5 companies like Easter Seals. I applied to four of the five and ES was the only one to follow up with an interview. It was at the office, total of 15 minutes, there was the interviewer and a Program Manager. She asked me a little about myself, then let me know that role play is a required part of the interview. There were four bags of toys in front of me and the interviewer asked me to grab one of my choosing and play, while she was going to be a four year old with autism. We did that for a minute, it was awkward but the interviewers made me feel comfortable. She then asked me to grab another bag and to teach her prepositions such as, under, behind, in front, etc. I quickly imagined a scenario of us being in the jungle and the cups were the trees and we had to put the tokens on top, under, etc. Overall, it was a great experience.

was very smooth and easy going. The team made me feel comfortable and welcomed , although I was nervous I felt at ease after the first few questions since they were about myself and that was easy to answer
