It was a video meeting; with two other people. It went by rather quick, roughly 30 minutes. They were accommodating to my schedule. Both people asked equal amounts of questions.

Entrevista
Phone Screen, then HR Zoom Interview, then Manager Zoom Interview, Final Call with seasoned Vocational Specialist for day to day job details. Each interabout 4-7 days apart. After job offer had to LiveScan fingerprint, drug test and very basic physical by Kaiser Health Services. Excellent Benefits but lower pay to start some large Bonuses and Random Cash gifts for all employees from CEO. I have received $650 twice in 6 months. Yay!
