I had three interviews. One initial Informal interview by phone, This conversation was outlining the company's interest in me, The locations and shifts available, and my desire to move forward or not. I expressed interest and was told I'd be called back. I was called back with directions for onboarding. The most challenging thing for me was I filled out an extensive online application for company, which was time consuming and frustrating at times. Everything else was uploading docs. Upon completion, I was set up with a formal Microsoft Teams interview for overall company fit. I was then placed with a location they found most fit for me. There was a third Formal interview on Teams with the direct leader for my location I would be placed at. This asked more direct questions about how id deal with particular scenarios that happen in the setting. I waited for them to contact onboarding staff member accepting me. I was sent a schedule and instructed to go back to resume and update according to the offer they had prepared. I singed my offer letter. I begin this weekend.
