Both interviews were over the phone. Most of the questions were behavioral -- maybe 5 or 6. There was a case component as well, with 1 or 2 case questions. The process took about 3 weeks overall. I received and accepted an offer.

Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.

Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.

When was a time you encountered adversity and how did you overcome it?
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.
