Entrevista
The application process begins with an online application system. HR does all prescreening and contacts for additional interviews. A phone interview is typically next. After that I was interviewed by the hiring manager. The position was offered on the spot, then back to HR for salary negotiation (there was no negotiating) and an attempt to negotiate additional vacation time as I had 3 weeks at my current employer, this was also non-negotiable.

Responded to an email for a phone interview and never heard back. Kind of misleading to let a person think they have a phone interview then never follow back up.

Very lengthy. The online application system is bulky and very old school. The amount of time between the application submission and a call back is at a minimum three weeks and the interviews were not well planned.

Entrevista
The three folks I interviewed with back-to-back over three hours were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very big on "tell me about a specific time when..."
