Entrevista
My interview involved meeting with various people that I would be working with in the division in which I would be working. I met with several different group leaders as well as the division director and his executive assistant. It was a very thorough process. Overall it was two months after my interview before I could actually start working. My interview for an administrative assistant position lasted about 4 hours including lunch.

Responded to an email for a phone interview and never heard back. Kind of misleading to let a person think they have a phone interview then never follow back up.

Very lengthy. The online application system is bulky and very old school. The amount of time between the application submission and a call back is at a minimum three weeks and the interviews were not well planned.

Entrevista
The three folks I interviewed with back-to-back over three hours were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very big on "tell me about a specific time when..."
