The interview process was well-structured, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. It consisted of three rounds:
HR Screening: Focused on cultural fit and basic expectations.
Manager Round: A deeper dive into professional background and expectations for the role.
Team Lead Round: A conversation with the person I’d be working under directly to discuss day-to-day operations as well as queries.
The overall atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming; I never felt 'interrogated' or under undue pressure. Instead of technical riddles, the questions were largely situation-based and designed to understand my personality and soft skills. For this KAM (Key Account Manager) role, the focus is clearly on finding someone who is an active listener and can build strong rapport with clients. If you are someone who enjoys seamless coordination and genuinely likes helping people, you will find the process very engaging.
