I had 2 phone interviews -- on with HR and one with the hiring manager. The interviews were fine, but then radio silence. They said they'd get back to me about a week, but nothing. After about 3 weeks I e-mailed the recruiter with a nice follow up and NOTHING. I get not responding to every candidate who applies, but seriously, have a little courtesy and at least respond to those who have interviewed!!

3 management jobs I interviewed for. 2 made it to final selection No one got back with me from HR or management, even after I followed up several times. This was not a good experience and I know others who have been treated the same. Awful!

HR contacted me via email and set up a phone interview with hiring manager. The phone interview asked about my past experiences and had me walk them through my resume. At the end of the call I was told he wanted me to speak with another employee and that HR would follow up with me. I did not hear anything from HR over the next week so began proactively following up via email with the HR focal. I never heard back from the HR focal and after 1 month I was sent a form letter of rejection.
