It was quite rigorous and you need to be clear about the kind of position you hope to obtain. You also cannot be a person who is arrogant, they pride themselves on being hard workers and want the same type of person with a get it done yet be a team player type of attitude. I really enjoyed the chance to meet with so many people and get a chance to learn about what brought them to Eaton.

1st: Phone call with HR (ordinary questions nothing crazy)
2nd: 2 managers (STAR method questions)
3rd: 2 hr directors (Situational/behavioural)
4th: VP's (You prepare a presentation based on a given topic)

Entrevista
Applied on the Eaton website for early career development. They got back to me within 2 weeks for the initial. We conducted two rounds of online interviews and both were behavioral. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner.
