Entrevista
2 rounds of interview - technical & HR. HR involved a lot of behavioral and situation questions. Technical was more around my thesis work and basics of structural mechanics. Both rounds on same day. Got to know of the offer in 2 days.
Everything is smooth, nice, and good. I also learned a lot from the interview and enjoyed it. The interview isn't too long, it's of an average length. The questions that were been asked during the interview were also interesting.
Technical , Managerial and HR total three rounds to clear the interview process. If first round is clear you are asked for second round. mostly they ask all about your resume what you have written and current company work what ever you do.

Easy - ac and interview. Ac consisted of three challenges, and they looked for communication, involving others and taking leadership. The interview process was done by a senior engineer and hr staff member. Questions on competency as well as why I want the job offer.
