The interview process was efficient, polished and extremely professional. I have never had such a positive candidate experience! As I was an out-of-town candidate, Eaton arranged for a private tour of Cleveland for me and my husband; this was a 'show stopper'. The executive tour company showed us many areas of interest including downtown and several suburbs - these folks were exceptional and really helped us to emotionally engage with a potential move (and, by the way, Cleveland is really nice!!!). Unquestionably, the Talent Leaders of Eaton understand what 'good' looks like when selling your organization. The next day, I interviewed with several HR Leaders and had many robust discussions. Each person that I met with put me at ease immediately and I genuinely felt valued as a potential hire. Overall, the experience was tops! I would highly recommend Eaton as a premier employer due to their leadership, technology, gorgeous campus, and great location. I am so thankful for such a positive candidate experience. You cannot begin to imagine my disappointment when I learned that they went with an internal candidate because I was so excited about the opportunity and firm.
