I talked with them at my university career fair, and they contacted me a few days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted an hour total, split between 2 people for a half an hour each. There were no technical questions at all, just behavioral and about past projects and experiences. The questions about projects were very typical like when you ran into problems with a teammate, a leadership role, etc.
