An HR Manager will interview you first and then the hiring manager will do a phone interview. If they like you, you then a call back to do a panel interview which consists of the Manager, Finance Director, Senior Manager Staff, the Controller and the HR Manager. Each will then ask about your personality and work experiences and how you would deal certain situations.

I had 7 hours of interviews over 4 stages spread over 12 weeks. I was contacted within the a week of submitting my application for screening questions and to arrange the first interview.
Although this is the longest interview process I have been through Eaton were very professional and courteous throughout. The recruitment team touched based and provided updates on progress often.
Stage 1 - telephone interview, Finance Director
Stage 2 - video interview, Operations Director
Stage 3- Onsite Visit - 3 back to back interviews with senior management team followed by tour of the facility
Stage 4 - telephone interview - VP of Finance
