Le processus se déroule en 3 entretiens:
Un premier entretien téléphonique avec la RH Londres qui s'intéresse à votre parcours et votre motivation.
Un entretien FIT et technique avec deux responsables
où la motivation, la capacité à vendre et la connaissance de l'entreprise sont principalement évalués.
Une mise en situation.
Nécessite un peu de préparation mais reste relativement simple.

Began with standard interview questions but then quickly delved into the fact that they expect you to work overtime and put in as much effort as possible, as well as bringing up staff members who were let go for not working enough. Bit weird.
After this, it went into a short role play of a phone call, but the script they want you to follow doesn't match up incredibly well with the information provided. This needs a bit of streamlining.
Office was a little bit odd, there were no people of colour or women, only white men, but it was a small team.

First spoke to a recruiter, then Senior Sales members and then head of sales. It was relatively casual with no particularly difficult questions - they just wanted to see a desire to work in both fx and sales.
