- call with hr No feedback for a week then schedules a -2nd interview with the manager -3rd interview onsite in Zürich with a case study that the HR only sent me last minute before the interview and I was already on my way to Zürich. Did 5 hours train to get there back and fourth only to have a chaotic interview, the manager had meetings and kept coming back and fourth, making me wait between interviews because apparently the HR has put this interview on the wrong timing and sent a lady to replace him to give me the interview she was very cold. I didnt feel respected specially on how they were organized for someone who spent 150 euro that day just to come to this interview, and the costs of travelling are to reimbursed of course Plus the salary is very low for Zürich 70k base without any explaination of the bonus structure, for Zürich this is the salary of someone who doesnt have a Bachelor&Master degree from top tiers university. Got an automatic rejection email not even a call even if I made all the efforts.

Unprofessional to say the least. They informed me after the first virtual interview that a second interview will take place and then decide, but they decided to reject me in the meantime. There was no reason to build expectations and then proceed with a rejection. It is a glorified Cold call sales job and it seems the problem with my profile was having experience. They are looking for graduates with no experience to train them as they like to join their boiler room. Stay away!
