      Entrevista

      The hiring process was entirely online and well-structured. It began with an initial interview with HR, followed by three technical interviews—each conducted by a Team Lead, a Staff Engineer, and the Principal Engineer. Additionally, there was a code challenge to assess technical skills. The code challenge was conducted on an automated proctoring platform and focused on algorithmic logic. It included four exercises to be completed within one hour. While the challenge was engaging, I felt the time insufficient, and I wasn’t able to finish all the tasks. The personal interviews were warm and comfortable. They felt more like friendly conversations than technical exams. We discussed my career background, the company’s goals, and how our expectations aligned. This approach made the entire process feel collaborative and less stressful, which I greatly appreciated.

      These people are looking for poorly paid junior/ssr software engineers. They seem scared of people with experience. They also have a crappy process of interviewing with crappy screening, crappy cloding challenge or online coding test and they cannot even pay average market salaries. Was sad to see. Just don't spend a minute with them. People working there told me that everything is a joke and some things looks like a ponzi or they seem to just look to burn investors money somehow.
