Preliminary discussion to see background and if it’s a good fit. Ice breaker or just getting to know you at first and then recruiter asked simple questions. After answering their questions they start talking compensation. They ask you first what you’re looking for base salary wise. Even though they already have a base they will start you off they’ll ask what you’re looking for. Feel like they could get that out of the way first or approach/ask that differently. Could just simply say what they will start you and if that’s something you’re content with.

Phone interview and then a zoom interview and then in person. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my interviews and got an offer a day or two after my in person interview

Sample sales pitch, ask about experience etc, It was relatively straightforward. It was relatively brief and pretty simple. I would recommend looking up how to do a mock sales pitch and practicing a few random scenarios

Got to tour the space, shadow someone on the team and had around a 30 minute interview with one of the sales managers. Everyone was very friendly and seemed excited to work there.
