They contacted me and got back to me after a month. And after doing the interview they did not get back to me at all which is something not professional. The interview was totally about how much you memorize, just review the SOLID principles and you can pass easily. For a Leading Position, you need more than that, you need people skills, management skills, and so on. And most of their work is for the public sector with ancient technology so don't expect to learn anything new.
