Entrevista
The questions were mainly on C programming language, general knowledge of RTOS, mutexes and semaphores. Most typical question is to write a function in C that would print out the number from 50 to 1. The interview was in English, but for those who don't speak English well the interviewers will switch to Russian. In general - quite an easy interview if coming prepared.
Submit application online. Get scheduled a virtual interview with a technical director few days later. The interview process takes about 30minutes. I’d there is second round, there will be 3 interviewers

I applied for software engineer position online, After 4 days I received an email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager through Microsoft Teams and then I gave the interview, The interview went well , Interviewer was asking me about my previous experience and why I'm interested in the position etc. I didn't get any reply from them later.

Soft interview was done at a recruiting event at my college. That was followed by an on site interview with a panel of managers from various teams and a couple devs. It was any entry level position and was focused mostly on being a cultural fit.
