The interview process involved 3 stages. I met Lisa Kemp(HR) in the first stage which was an informal interview. At the 2nd stage, I met Jaya Dandapani(Head of QA) and Lisa Parrot(Global Account Management Director) to talk about my experience and ask questions in more detail about the role. For the 3rd stage, I had the opportunity to meet the team face to face which was a great experience. After this interview, I knew more about the role and think it is a brilliant idea for all new team members to experience as part of the interview process.
