Since I applied an oversea position, the HR staff gave me an English test first and then has an interview with HR manager. After the interview i ask if we will have second time interview, the manager told me no need and the only thing that i should do is considering carefully and communicating with my parents, and if i decide to accept this offer, i can email to him and start the on-board procedure.
