Screening round followed by, 2 rounds, phone interviews. One with direct line manager and peer, followed by managing director of group. Offer given in a week after final round. Overall good experience

in person, easy questions, tell me abut yourself etc, basically already had the job, chatty, normal conversation. Informal setting, nice talk. Anyone could it. Nothing else just interview, and conducted training while on the job.
