The interview process was straightforward, and I liked the people I met. It's all video calls, with various staff members. Each call gets into different aspects of the product process. The company feels like it's doing good things, and the leadership there is personable and technical. There were no red flags during the process, but it didn't work out. I'd apply again, if the right opportunity presented itself.

Una call tecnica con RRHH y algun team member tecnico, un poco de live coding no algoritmico, una call semi tecnica con manager. Las call son interesantes y se habla de cosas importantes para el trabajo, no se preguntan cosas que no tengan nada que ver. Los team member son respetuosos y a pesar de no haber sabido responder correctamente ciertas preguntas no me senti mal por ello.
