I was called in for an interview. Upon arriving I was received in a small and bare looking office space. I sat down, answered a handful of brief and impersonal questions that had nothing to do with anything substantial. After answering them I had a TWO HOUR "phone test" where I basically did the job then and there for two hours completely last minute. I then had orientation that had nothing to do with my role. And after mentioning MULTIPLE times that I had a test the company was so unorganized throughout the process that they failed to acknowledge my stage in the process and even the fact that I was to start work. They simply kept trying to have me do the "test" (free labour) which I had done, and had been promised compensation, which I was in the end not given.
