I had such a great interview process with EcoEnclose. From my first meeting with the manager, to the second round with the team, to the final conversation with the owners, everyone made me feel comfortable, supported, and valued throughout. Ultimately, I had to accept another offer for logistical reasons, but this was genuinely one of the best interview experiences I’ve had so far.
This was a tough but interesting interview process! There were multiple rounds including a phone screen, second round, meet the team, and meet the CEOs. Another part of the process included a performance test, where you were required to answer mock emails and write-up mock responses.

Entrevista
Lots of interview stages. Roundtable discussion with Customer Success Team then interview with CEOs. Nice people and good questions. I would have appreciated slightly faster communication. Didn't receive offer in the final round.
