The first stage of the process was a short competency test with critical thinking and day to day situation questions. Then a call with a Director (my manager's manager), a "final" meeting with my manager, but he said it would be a good idea to meet the CEO, so I had a quick call with Manuel (great guy) and then they sent me an offer.
