Interview process consisted in: 1- 30' chat with a talent acquisition specialist. It was mostly about the company, my experience and a couple of tech questions. 2- 90' technical talk with a tech leader about diverse topics: DDD, TDD, CQRS, SOLID, SQL, microservices, ElasticSearch, messaging (It was more practical than theoretical, how would you solve this problem, design patterns used and why, etc) 3- 90' soft skills talk with an engineers manager. This one was about personality and how would you act in given situations. The whole process was very "human" and I felt accompanied by the crew. I've been offered a different position than the one I had applied for, according my experience and their expectations.
