Entrevista
The manager ask a list of questions. Some were personal questions, such as your recreational activities when not working, and what you do when not working, but most of them were questions in reference to your resume. Interview process was very brief, I think it was around 15~20 minutes. And you may be called in for a second interview in a few days or you may be offered a position. The one thing I vividly remember was when I was asked about how I deal with stress. I understand why I was asked that question now, because obviously, the industry is a stress filled environment, and I guess if I didn't manage stress well, I would not have landed the job.
