First Interview was very casual after discussing portfolio and previous experiences. Second interview had multiple people involved, one very adamant against remotely working, which wasn't part of the posting but I always ask. Before the pandemic I accepted the position and then had to wait until now. Dan and Joleen were understanding and reasonable people about the pandemic concerns, can't say what it would be like working with them but I liked speaking with them. Third 'interview' meeting the owner felt very condescending and unheard, have to wonder if it's because I'm a woman. Misconstrued my concerns about pandemic with full time hours, which I am uncomfortable being in an office environment, not that I didn't want to work. Didn't give much leeway because I would be 'missing out on getting to know everyone in the corporate family' as if that's more valuable than keeping your employees safe. They have someone constantly cleaning but I don't think it's safer to work in an office than at home right now.
