It was a clear process that was stated already in the job application. We were moving fast: I had an interview every week and got feedback within a business day or two. When I had a technical interview, I think I was a bit vague with the answers, so they offered me second technical interview, more deep one. I really appreciated it as I got a chance to show my tech skills. What amazed me, was how prepared everyone was. I meet total 8 people and they were amazing at interviews: most of interviews were conducted by 2 people and it felt so comfortable: they seemed to be prepared, managed to have equal time asking things and were giving immediate feedback on my answers. Really enjoyed each interview, in my 13 years of experience that was the best process I have seen.
