Interview consisted of three stages that I was a part of - initial phone screen with hiring manager, followed by dual interview with hiring manager and Senior Value Consultant, followed by an Excel project and a follow-up interview to review the project with the Senior Value Consultant and the hiring manager. I pursued the role because of a perception regarding the opportunity to interact with internal and external stakeholders and influence decisions and processes. The biggest take away I had was that the job description didn't really match what it appeared they were hiring for. I also was told that I would hear back after my review, but I never heard again...from anyone. Which is very odd to me.

The interview process was positive overall. Looks like they are making up requirements as they go with their search. 3 step interview process. Informational interview with the hiring manager then a value engineering project submission, presentation with a panel.
