Multiple steps meeting with multiple people. Meet the CEO/founder, then other leadership. 3rd step is learning basics of their product and holding a mock sales discovery meeting. Final meeting is with their outside sales consultant for final approval for role.

The initial process was great. After my application, they asked me to evaluate two teaching videos. However, after I was told I would be extended an interview, nothing progressed for two months. I reached out several times, and though the hiring manager kept saying they were working on it, I never received any more information. Still unsure what happened there...
