My recruiter set me up with this interview, I went in and met with the VP. My first impression he was extremely nervous which made me nervous. He explained to me that they ever building out a Finance Department here in NY and he was in the process of hiring for various positions. As I asked my questions I got the feeling that he was unclear on what he wanted and how he wanted to structure the department. I got good feedback from the recruiter however nothing materialized, personally I felt it was a waste of my time because he was definitely unclear of what he wanted.
